These are recommended ordering deadlines rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Orders placed afterwards are welcome, but arrival before Christmas cannot be assured.

Processing times are estimates and exclude weekends and UK public holidays. They refer to the preparation of your order before dispatch, not the time spent in transit.

All orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom, using Royal Mail tracked services.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 1–3 working days, depending on the service

• Switzerland: 3–4 working days

• Non-EU Europe: 3–5 working days

• Rest of the world: 5–7 working days

These estimates exclude order processing times and are not guaranteed. International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal services, seasonal demand or circumstances beyond the usual delivery process.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Occasional delays may occur due to postal disruptions, customs processing or other circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed or has not arrived within the agreed delivery period, please get in touch so I can investigate and assist.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs handling fees.

Where these charges are not included at checkout, they may be collected by the destination country's customs authorities or delivery provider, in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to check local import requirements before placing an order.

Every artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs may be helpful where an item has arrived damaged.

I will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund, replacement or other remedy as required by applicable consumer law.

Any reasonable return postage required for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be covered where legally required.

Standard artworks

For qualifying online purchases covered by UK consumer cancellation rules, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel without giving a reason.

Once you have notified me of your decision, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To exercise your cancellation right, please send a clear statement through the Contact page, including your order details. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right. Return instructions will be provided to help you send the artwork back safely.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise. Please package the artwork carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Any refund due will include standard outbound delivery charges where required by law. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.

A deduction may be made only where legally permitted if the artwork's value has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Personalised & Commissioned Artworks

Artworks created to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.

These exceptions do not affect your rights if an artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights. Additional mandatory consumer protections may apply depending on your country of residence.
