I reserve the right to amend this policy as needed to reflect changes in my practices or industry standards. Updates will be communicated through this website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

A digital copy of each COA, along with corresponding artwork details, is securely stored in my database. This practice facilitates future verification requests and maintains a comprehensive provenance record.

In cases where a COA is lost or damaged, a replacement can be requested. The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and details about the artwork. A fee may apply for reissuance, and the new COA will be marked as a replacement.

Buyers or third parties seeking to verify a COA can contact me. Requests should include the artwork's title, artist's name, and COA serial number. I will respond with confirmation and any additional requested details.
